Why do people act like Broly is the strongest character when he is not.?

I mean people talk about how he can defeat ss3 goku and ultimate Gohan. How are they going to let him get all of these muscles and still move with top speed Trunks couldn’t do it when everyone gave goku their energy he wasn’t even ss2 I mean goten krillin and trunks defeated Broly and even cell can defeat Broly.Broly sucks and is very overrated.
