this is about dragonball raging blast is ss3 Broly and Vegeta an in game transformation?

Can they transform into ss3 while in game or are they seperate characters.

i dint think Broly even has a SS3 transformation he just stays Legendary, And Vegeta Didn’t ever Go SS3 either just cheated and went Straight to SS4

yes they are both in game transformations, they are the two “exclusive characters” the company were on about, i dont know how or why they can transform into Super saiyan 3 , but that will probably be resolved in a what if scenario in the game.
