   ssj3 vegeta-get stars in dragon collection by replaying fights and meeting certain requirements. once you get 20 stars go to star shop, buy the what if fight called “the strongest super saiyan 3″ or something like that, beat it then u unlock ssj3 vegeta.

   ssj3 broly- do the above except buy the fight that is for legendary super saiyan saga, then u unlock ssj3 broly.(im not really sure about this one, since i had him unlocked at the very beginning)
