So when an artist with better technical skill uses Toriyamas creative design , the result will obviously be better than what Toriyama could come up with on his own.
If you want a glaring example of his lack of technical skill – would be the admission of his inability to draw a female super saiyan. A technically good artist could MAKE it happen, and MAKE it look good.

With experience and knowledge of art techniques you can know an artist’s strong suits or weaknesses simply based on the actual work itself. Combined with things he said. It’s just like having a fine ear for music.
what do u mean u can tell his strong suits by his work???it doesnt makes sense you dont even know the guy..all u can tell is how good he is at drawing.his weaknesses at drawing and his strenghts.like some1 could be good at shadding but bad at proportions

You don’t need to know the guy. You just need to know the work and the craft. Based on his art and writing, I can tell what he is good at, and what he isnt that good at.
thats what im saying u can tell what the guys good at drawing wise.u can also tell if hes creative if he makes up his own stuff.dude toryimas better than annyother dbz drawer because other artisit just copy him.i mean if u made a manga and some1 copied u that wouldnt make them better.

I think youre missing the point. I never said Triama wasnt very creative. But if we get into things like proportion, technique, detail etc, than no, he is not the best at those. Not even for his own characters.
dude i think u r missing the point.if its ur creation then ur the best because if anny1 else draws it their just copying u.and if proportions and stuff look bad at his drawings then it looks bad at all dbz drawings.because they all end up being the same style.and u cant just go around saying ur an artist without having annyproof because of course no ones going to believe you.i mean really think of it like this if u made ur own manga and its ur creation do u think annybbody could draw it better??
