This is me kicking Perfect Cell’s anus with Gohan. This time, i pressed R3 to gain power. I suggest you make sure your legal (or illegal) copy of Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 3 is the American version (United States also known as the US). I believe PCSX2 has a built in frame rate viewer but if it does not you can use a program called Fraps (google ‘Fraps’) to see what your frame rate is and if it only goes up to 50 FPS then you are using the Pal version of the game most likely and doing that can cause the game to flicker for whatever reason (a bug, perhaps?)
