this took me over 10 tries when i got this game for Gamecube. but eventually i beat him. it sucks they dont have anymore dragon ball z games for Gamecube. though i have a wii it still SUCKS
i hate this they only give u 2 bars of heath but give him 3 wtf i lost count how many times i tryed after i took a shower i felt like i could beat him so i tried and i FREAKIN DID IT LOL XD SHOWERS WOORK (for me)
when i FINALLY beat cell i was like, YA but when i saw the ending i was like….wh…wait…WHAT nooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo, but then the buu saga came and goku came back,then i was like YA…AGAIN…
cell has fat form, but not super perfect form xDDDD, and if you look at it, they use the same skin for perfect from and perfect form fat, it’s a bug of the history mode

Budokai 3 totally dies. This is better game. There you have to choose the character and then you can play fights where is only the character. Like tien. If the fight is without tien you are not able to fight it with tien. S U C K S

can you unlock power weighted cell or whatever he did when he was fighting you on the playing as cell part or on arcade mode?
@tehwindz I don’t think so Theres only Form 1, 2 and 3 Cell but no perfect form 3 if thats what you mean

@shenmue1818 there is a form after perfect cell ive unlcoked it but i think its in one of the hidden battles or maybe you wish for it
@tehwindz Power weighted Cell can be unlocked in a hidden/etra battle or be wished for i honestly dont know althpugh i did get him
